Aurelius Prudentius Clemens
Aurelius Prudentius Clemens was a late fourth- and early fifth-century Latin Christian poet from Roman Spain. He wrote after Christianity had become publicly favored, when Christians were reimagining classical culture, martyr memory, and moral formation. His hymns and poems celebrate martyrs, attack
